Biztalk-Do you know that common seal is now optional?

    Having a common seal is now optional for company.

    Section 61 of Companies Act 2016 provides that “A company may or may not have a common seal.

    The execution of documents using common seal is now an option.

    If a company opted to have a common seal, the name and registration number engraved shall be in legible romanised characters.
